Welcome to ATCO's new and improved Community Equipment Program!

We've come a long way in the twenty-plus years that our beloved equipment program has been running. From submitting fax requests - just under five years ago - to applying for equipment online, we've evolved once again and are now putting the booking process in your hands.

You will be able to see what's available, when it's available and book right on the spot, without applying for equipment that may have already been booked, or waiting to hear from us if it's available.

With a new booking process in place and a new website, we felt it was time for a mini makeover, and have fully rebranded to the Community Equipment Program by ATCO.

Make sure to read our brand new Terms and Conditions before booking our equipment. Not much has changed, we've just put our "rules" into a legally binding document.

We can't wait to be a part of your community event when it's safe to to do so.

Eligibility

Eligiblity Guidelines

While we respect the efforts of Alberta’s many not-for-profit organizations to build stronger communities, we are unable to support:

Churches or religious organizations, unless offering broad, non-denominational community services
Political or partisan organizations or events
Private clubs, service clubs and fraternities
Third-party fundraising groups or initiatives
Requests that benefit an individual person or family. Ie: Weddings, family reunions, birthday parties, etc.

Organizer understands that ATCO has established criteria to determine eligibility of community organizers to participate in the Program. Organizer represents, warrants, and covenants that:

The Event is open to members of the public.
The Event is not personal in nature.
The Organization and the Event are not associated, directly or indirectly, with any public office, politician, political party, religion, or any similar person or entity.
The Organizer is not misrepresenting itself as another individual or company.
The Event and related activities could not be considered to be unethical, inappropriate, offensive, disrespectful or abusive to others, including but not limited to, defamatory or threatening activities, pornographic or obscene activities, harassing others, discriminatory, abusive, indecent, or other antisocial behaviours.
The Event shall not include any illegal activities.
The Organizer shall not represent its opinions as those of ATCO.
