Damages  
The user will be financially responsible for any damages incurred while using the stage and will reimburse ATCO for all repair costs.  

Display, Decorations and Appearance  

  • ATCO logos are not to be covered up 
  • Lights around the stage are permitted 
  • All garbage needs to be removed from the stage 
  • Floors are to be swept/mopped to the best of their ability

Insurance Requirements 
The user must have public liability insurance and provide ATCO with a copy prior to soundstage set-up. 

Power Requirements 
Uninterrupted power supply – generator will be provided if needed. 

Recognition Value 
$1200 per event 

Set Up & Tear Down
An ATCO representative will do a walkthrough on how to operate the sound equipment with the user.  

Safety  

  • Dancing on stage is not permitted 
  • The roof is off limits 
  • Stabilizers under stage must be in place while stage is in use
  • Security must be provided for equipment at all times including when it is not in use
  • The stage equipment is not to be dismantled, altered or modified in any manner  
  • Provide sober manpower to monitor and safeguard equipment throughout the event’s duration

Shipping and Returning 
ATCO staff will deliver the soundstage to and from events on a trailer unit, set up, dismantle and return the soundstage back to ATCO for storage and maintenance.  

Site Access 
The soundstage must have a clear path along a roadway for it to reach its site-specific destination. This unit cannot jump curbs or go over even slightly uneven ground. Please check the size of the unit before booking.  

Sound Equipment 

  • MP3, CD & radio player capabilities — radio reception quality depends on location stage is setup 
  • AM/FM stereo tuner, mixing console, and power amplifier 
  • (2) Large exterior speakers on tripod-style stands 
  • (2) Microphones with tripod-style stands 

Timing 

  • Delivery to site – 60 min 
  • Set Up - 45 min 
  • Tear Down - 45 min 
  • Return to ATCO – 60 min 

Special Notes: The soundstages require a minimum attendance of 100 patrons.
