Our Soundstages will elevate your event and make your presenters shine! Follow these steps to book a Soundstage:
Check Specifications: Visit the Soundstage page to review the specifications and ensure it meets your event needs.
Read Eligibility Guidelines: Before booking, please read our eligibility guidelines to confirm your event qualifies for the equipment.
Separate Booking: Soundstages must be booked separately from Barbecues and Canopies, as ATCO delivers the stages to and from events.
Same-Day Bookings: Select the date and time, even if the button says "Add to Waitlist." Once you've chosen a time from the drop down you should be able to proceed with the "Next" button. If it still says "Add to Waitlist", the stage is unavailable.
